- AGAnna GAug 27, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience with Ieva at Van Cleef & Arpels in Harrods. She was absolutely amazing - warm, knowledgeable and incredibly attentive. She spent over two hours with my husband and me, showing me many beautiful pieces to try while helping me plan my next purchase, all over a lovely glass of champagne. I came away with a gorgeous pair of diamond Alhambra earrings, which I absolutely love. 💕 Ieva made the whole experience feel so special and enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone who loves Van Cleef & Arpels and is looking for truly exceptional service.

There was little effort to assist or suggest alternatives, and I found myself having to ask about basic options. I would have appreciated a more welcoming and service-oriented approach, this was not the level of attentiveness I would expect from a luxury boutique. A pity.

They repaired my pendant and adjusted my earrings on two separate occasions, and each time the service was exceptional. One of my earrings, unfortunately broke, but they repaired it beautifully with great care and craftsmanship. The team was kind, attentive, and highly professional. A special thank you to Melva, who was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to help me. I’m already looking forward to coming back and making another purchase here.
