Valentino offers you the possibility to pick up the items you ordered online for free in a boutique. Select “Pick up in boutique” as the shipping address for your order and choose which boutique you would like your items delivered to. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email as soon as your order has left the warehouse. If your order contains more than one item, you may receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails. You will be contacted by the boutique staff as soon as your order is ready to pick up.

You can book an appointment at a Valentino boutique to discover our collection and receive assistance from our dedicated staff. Book an appointment, choosing the boutique and entering your information. You will be contacted by our staff to choose the time and date of your appointment. The service is complimentary and is already available in some selected boutiques.

You can personalise your purchase by requesting our complimentary Tailoring Service at one of our boutiques. After completing your order, please fill out the “Request a Tailoring Appointment” form, choosing a boutique from the list and entering your information; one of our specialists will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Valentino’s "Availability in boutique" service allows you to verify the availability of the items you are interested in online, and reserve them for a chance to try them on in a boutique. Choose the size and/or color combination on the item page and check the availability. If the item is available, select the boutique where you would like to reserve them and enter your personal details. You will be contacted by one of our staff to confirm your reservation. We do not ship items from our boutiques, but you can request further information from our staff and arrange to pick them up in person.

Valentino can personalize your sneakers with your initials. This service is available for the BACKNET sneaker style. You can choose up to three letters to be stamped on the removable patch on the back of each shoe. The removable patches on the BACKNET sneakers are stamped with a platinum colored metallic foil.
