  Bought a pair of jeans online but they were too big so I went to return them in the shop. When the refund process was done the south Asian guy with glasses was like he cannot give me any refund confirmation because the system won’t let him do it and that I might not get an email confirming I got the refund. He said to me it’s fine and that I’ll still get the money back. Fast forward a couple days later and I still haven’t received anything so I go into the shop and tell them I never received a confirmation email or my money back. The south asian lady then immediately tells me she cannot do anything about it and just shows me the customer support number that I’d have to call. I call this number the next day and the woman on the phone is so rude (which I understand is not this shops fault) but she tells me she can’t do anything about it since it shows on her system that there was no process of a refund and that I have to contact Tommy Hilfiger Stratford so they can get in contact and that this was the method from the get go. I was on the phone with that Stratford branch after this and he told me this happens all the time and I was on hold for a very long time. Eventually he said this is a system error that’s been happening for months. It’s so ridiculous and I have to go back and forth just for a simple refund. I hope they fix their systems soon and another customer doesn’t have to experience this. Also when I’d walk into the shop their customer service was terrible and would just blatantly ignore me.

  Sabba has been extremely helpful in store in terms of figuring out my sizing and style, she gave me excellent customer service and ensured that I had an enjoyable and comfortable shopping experience! Definitely will be coming to the stratford branch again. Also, Abdul was helpful finding my phone and was extremely friendly as well :)
