  I wish i could do a 0 star Very disappointing experience at the Tommy Hilfiger Stratford branch. One particular male staff member was extremely rude and dismissive towards my girlfriend, despite her being polite, patient, and understanding throughout the interaction. There was no reason for the attitude she received, and he made what should have been a simple shopping experience unnecessarily unpleasant. What was also disappointing was that the other members of staff simply stood by and watched rather than stepping in or offering any assistance. Customer service should be based on basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking during our visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are treated in this store. I regularly buy clothes from Tommy Hilfiger, definitely going to reconsider now because of the horrible staff in the store.

  I had gone into this branch today with my younger brother, in hopes for a 1/4 zip as he’s attending sixth form from September. As an employee from another branch, it is protocol to greet customers, not once did anyone greet us, instead every single staff member was chit chatting and gossiping about their outside life, only people physically doing their job were a young man who helped my brother and I with prices, I didn’t get his name unfortunately, and the security guard who was doing the procedure of checking for RFID tags within the fitting rooms, even though this should be done by the person covering the fitting rooms. Not once were we even told about the 10% membership scheme too, which is also a procedure. From a brand such as Tommy Hilfiger and being an employee myself, there’s a specific etiquette in which you need to have and how to conduct yourself on the shop floor, especially within a full price branch with stock selling at £100+, this behaviour from staff deterred me away from purchasing.

  Went yesterday to get a slim fit shirt which I say online. I was chasing staff to get help. They were too busy in their conversations and something else which I can’t mention. I asked Indian girl for help she said we don’t have this at all. She couldn’t even figure out what kind of texture was it. She lied to me on my face that it’s a silk texture and Wo don’t have it. Very poor customer service very very disappointed.

  Bought a pair of jeans online but they were too big so I went to return them in the shop. When the refund process was done the south Asian guy with glasses was like he cannot give me any refund confirmation because the system won’t let him do it and that I might not get an email confirming I got the refund. He said to me it’s fine and that I’ll still get the money back. Fast forward a couple days later and I still haven’t received anything so I go into the shop and tell them I never received a confirmation email or my money back. The south asian lady then immediately tells me she cannot do anything about it and just shows me the customer support number that I’d have to call. I call this number the next day and the woman on the phone is so rude (which I understand is not this shops fault) but she tells me she can’t do anything about it since it shows on her system that there was no process of a refund and that I have to contact Tommy Hilfiger Stratford so they can get in contact and that this was the method from the get go. I was on the phone with that Stratford branch after this and he told me this happens all the time and I was on hold for a very long time. Eventually he said this is a system error that’s been happening for months. It’s so ridiculous and I have to go back and forth just for a simple refund. I hope they fix their systems soon and another customer doesn’t have to experience this. Also when I’d walk into the shop their customer service was terrible and would just blatantly ignore me.
