They took long time to tell me that and once told I wanted to by another colour but I was refused to buy another… I believe the item was at a discount rate but the way they refused was totally wrong…

- KBKait BolongaroMar 24, 20261.0Sadly not impressed with either the staff or the quality of product - I tried on and decided to purchase a pair of loafers - when going to the till the staff member told me she had given me a fresh pair even though the pair Id tried on came directly from the box - I should have but didn't question this - when I got the shoes home the pair given were completely not a pair, with completely different fit and sizing I had to return to the store the next day to return the product and was met with complete apathy>>>no apology, no understanding of the situation and NO help or follow up to rectify the situation... not impressed and will not be shopping with this company going forward... im the founder and creative behind a adjacent brand All saints and would absolutely not be happy with this lack lustre level of service - boo to you Tommy Hilfiger team images not relevant but couldnt post review without image
