  I visited this store in July to buy a shirt for my boyfriend, and Mokbul was extremely helpful and friendly! I have visited this store multiple times, but the staff members don’t usually offer me any assistance or help. I never really received much attention from them, but I continued going back simply because I really like the brand. However, when I visited last month, Mokbul assisted me at the counter. He was incredibly kind, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions. It was the first time I genuinely felt that I enjoyed my shopping experience in the store. His friendly and attentive service really made a difference, and I truly appreciated it.

  I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store on Oxford Street. A special thank you to Ramel, who went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He really took the time to understand my budget and the style I was aiming for, and gave great recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. I personally prefer the Tommy Jeans range over the classic Tommy Hilfiger collection, and Ramel understood my aesthetic straight away. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, I found pieces that suited both my style and my budget. Excellent customer service from start to finish—Ramel is a real credit to the store. I’ll definitely be back!

  Got a present from TH store. The item did not fit well, but given that it was purchased in a different country, the company refused to accept it back ( never worn, all labels attached). Suggested for me to fly over to where the item was bought and try my luck there. And that what you call customer service?

  Worst customer service ever. Avoid this store.I called the store twice today to check stock for a pair of sandals. The first time, as soon as I explained what I was looking for, they hung up on me. The second time, they cut the line instantly right after I just said "Hello."As a foreign female customer, I felt deeply disrespected and discriminated against. This is a deliberate refusal to serve customers and completely unacceptable for a global brand on Regent Street. Terrible and rude staff. 外国人や女性に対して非常に無礼な対応をする店舗です。おすすめしません。サンダルの在庫を確認したくて電話をしましたが、1回目は「サンダルを探している」と伝えた瞬間にガチャ切りされ、2回目は「Hello」と言っただけで即座に切られました。忙しい云々の問題ではなく、明らかに意図的な接客拒否です。外国人だから、あるいは女性だからと見下されたように感じ、本当に不愉快で悲しい気持ちになりました。ロンドンの中心地にある店舗として最低の接客態度です。
