Didn't like my first experience with the barista but I gave it another chance which only made me even more disappointed his behaviour and customer service were rude! Also, he used spoiled milk in my Iced latte! Shame on Tommy Hilfiger, a brand this good that a cafe and an awful and rude barista ruin it!

I have visited this store multiple times, but the staff members don’t usually offer me any assistance or help. I never really received much attention from them, but I continued going back simply because I really like the brand. However, when I visited last month, Mokbul assisted me at the counter. He was incredibly kind, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions. It was the first time I genuinely felt that I enjoyed my shopping experience in the store. His friendly and attentive service really made a difference, and I truly appreciated it.
