- RAResident AdviserAug 5, 20262.0Don’t come here for repairs, just go to Classic Shoe Repairs in Camden. The sales adviser kept asking me for a receipt for boots I bought like ten years ago from Matches Fashion (now defunct). I felt like I was some kind of criminal bringing in my old boots for a repair that I was prepared to pay for, I wasn’t after any favours from these people. They try to take your boots and send them to Italy and if they can’t be repaired they offer you a store credit. Don’t buy Tods unless you are a millionaire. Classic Repairs resolved my issue without pomp and arrogance. Two stars for the fabulous door man who helped with our buggy. He deserves five stars

I was introduced with the whole new collection. He was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the whole experience. His excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable.
