  For my first in store experience it was very enjoyable. I wish I lived in NYC so I could shop and browse regularly in person. Fantastic selection, friendly staff that don't crowd you but are still attentive. If you're visiting stop in because no one else will have this much choice. If you live in the area....lucky you.

  Don’t come here for repairs, just go to Classic Shoe Repairs in Camden. The sales adviser kept asking me for a receipt for boots I bought like ten years ago from Matches Fashion (now defunct). I felt like I was some kind of criminal bringing in my old boots for a repair that I was prepared to pay for, I wasn’t after any favours from these people. They try to take your boots and send them to Italy and if they can’t be repaired they offer you a store credit. Don’t buy Tods unless you are a millionaire. Classic Repairs resolved my issue without pomp and arrogance. Two stars for the fabulous door man who helped with our buggy. He deserves five stars

  It was a fantastic experience, I went for a shoe, I was assisted by Mr Sultan. While trying the shoes, he gave me an idea about the whole look. I was introduced with the whole new collection. He was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the whole experience. His excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable.
