- TTThiaraJun 19, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience. As a young teenager with severe anxiety, I was left feeling extremely shaken up, embarrassed, and upset by the way a security guard spoke to me. I picked up a broken eyeshadow that already had a hole in it, and was immediately shouted at with “Miss, you can’t test those.” I tried explaining that it was already damaged, but felt completely dismissed. I understand that rules need to be enforced, but there is a much kinder way to speak to young customers. I left feeling anxious, angry, and very uncomfortable.
