I live locally and like the fact it's more compact than most of their stores. If you can go during the week it's also not too busy and I've found some great bargains recently. Being Woolwich I do wonder sometimes whether we get the dregs of the TK Maxx stock but recently it's been pretty good - keep it up! Today found some skechers trail shoes for my upcoming hiking trip worth £90 for £35 and a really nice Stradivarius faux-suede red bucket bag for £10. You can't go wrong with that. The staff have always been polite and helpful to me.

While I was browsing the canvas art section, a female staff member (White European/British) began hovering around me aggressively while pretending to tidy up, making me feel highly uncomfortable. When I picked up a canvas to look at it, she immediately walked over, made an audible rude noise, pulled a face, and began mumbling under her breath while aggressively tidying the shelf. I had made absolutely no mess.Her hostile attitude completely ruined my shopping trip. I felt so uncomfortable that I put the canvas back and left the section, though I did purchase a few other items before leaving.the worse thing is i called the store today to report but the manager or whoever that was just trying to avoid and put blame at me that I didn’t complain yesterday why I called today. Such a unprofessional behaviour
