- IIIanSep 11, 20261.0Generally fine but the “manager” who was overseeing the tills today needs an attitude adjustment. I wanted to return a jumper that I bought less than 24 hours earlier because it had a hole in it that I hadn’t noticed when purchasing. Junior member of staff was helpful but said policy meant no. I asked to speak to her manager who was nearby, the manager would not come to speak to me but told the junior to say no again. I then had to get it re-escalated by phone to the manager’s manager. Throughout the “manager” hid, avoided eye contact or any direct communication, and left the junior to cope. Eventually after stating my faulty goods rights I was given my money back. 10/10 to the junior who was calm and profession, 0/10 to the weak disinterested manager.
