  I always enjoy shopping at TK Maxx! ✨ There’s such a great variety of products, from clothes and accessories to homeware, and I love the excitement of finding something special at a great price. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store has a lovely atmosphere. There’s always something new to discover, which makes every visit a little different. Definitely one of my favourite places to shop! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Recent purchases were of poor quality. A towel keeps shedding and a gym ball smells really bad after weeks of use. Probably have to get rid of both items.

  I don’t usually provide reviews but as I entered today I struggled to figure out where to go and straight away a young employee called abdullah pleasantly helped me around and ensured I knew where everything was. Great experience

  The indian women that works in the cashier is not it. I wanted to change a pan I got a week ago. She decided to inspect the pan. Which is fine of course. She asked if i used it, she smelled it, there was little droplets of water(coz it was raining outside) she was SCEPTICAL and ANNOYED saying I might have used it. All and all when the tag was still attached. I get it, you want to act like customer cannot walk all over you. But there is a distinction between straight up bad customer service. Do better

  Incompetent staff at Westfield Stratford who refused to refund an item bought online because they don't know how to process it. The sales assistants and manager kept asking us to call customer services for a bypass code, or return by post (at cost to us). We called customer services and they confirmed there is no such thing and it's nonsense as they should be able to process the refund in store. Visited the store on two occasions and still unable to refund. Why would we want to return by post when we were already at the store? Staff and manager need training to perform what should be a simple task.
