  Not bad, quite a lot of choice, not necessarily the best organized, but given the style of shopping it's acceptable. The staff are very professional, the quality of products good, though you'd expect better discounted options. All in all worth checking out!

  I had a very disappointing experience at TK Maxx. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff were not willing to help at all. Whenever I asked for assistance finding an item, I was simply told, “You have to look for it yourself,” instead of receiving any help or guidance. One female staff member, in particular, was very rude and unprofessional. I don’t think it’s appropriate to mention her name, but her attitude made the experience even worse. Good customer service should make customers feel welcome and supported, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to their staff.
