Washing them doesn't fix it—the material is completely defective. When I went to return them (Monday at 5:45 PM, 03/08/2026), the young red-haired manager completely refused to help or accept the return. As someone who bought most of my things here, I am deeply disappointed by how loyal customers are treated. I won't be coming back and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Today, there was a very long queue at the tills, and many customers were politely asking if more cashiers could be opened because the waiting time was excessive.Instead of responding professionally, the store manager reacted in a very rude and unprofessional manner. She raised her voice and shouted at customers, which created an uncomfortable and intimidating atmosphere. Her attitude towards customers was completely unacceptable and did not reflect the level of service I would expect from TK Maxx.Customers have every right to ask for additional tills to be opened when queues are extremely long. We should not be shouted at for making a reasonable request.I hope this incident will be investigated and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure customers are treated with respect in the future.
