- AVAklassu VictorMay 28, 20261.0I visited this branch at approximately 4:00 p.m. on 28 May and selected a pair of shoes that I intended to purchase. The price sticker was attached directly to the shoes, which reasonably led me to believe that the displayed price was accurate. After waiting in the queue for a considerable amount of time, I eventually reached the counter where I was served by the manager. He scanned the shoes and initially appeared prepared to complete the transaction. During our interaction, I remarked that the shoes were very nice and that the price seemed particularly good, with which he agreed. However, he then abruptly informed me that the price was incorrect and refused to sell the shoes at the displayed price. What made the situation especially disappointing was not only the refusal to honour the displayed price, but also the manager’s discourteous and dismissive manner. I could have understood the issue if the price had only been displayed on the shelf, as it is possible that another customer may have placed the item in the wrong section. However, because the price sticker was attached directly to the shoes, the situation appeared both unfair and misleading. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly after spending such a significant amount of time waiting in the queue and being led to believe that the purchase would proceed.
