  Wanted to leave some positive feedback for a member of staff in the handbags department. She is always friendly, approachable and helpful whenever I visit, and she consistently provides excellent customer service. During my most recent visit she was particularly helpful, and it was refreshing to receive such genuine and attentive service, as that can be quite rare these days. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the young lady’s name, but I believe it began with “Z”. She is a real credit to your team and I hope this feedback can be passed on to her.

  I would like to raise a complaint regarding the experience we had at your store. My husband gifted me a watch about two months ago. At that time, I was in India, so I was unable to use it immediately. After returning, I tried wearing the watch and discovered that the lock/clasp was defective. Today, we visited your store and politely requested a solution. We clearly stated that we were not asking for a refund or an exchange; we simply wanted assistance in resolving the issue with the watch lock. Unfortunately, the response we received from the Manager representative was neither helpful nor professional. We were told, “This is not a repair shop,” and the conversation was conducted in a very loud and rude manner. We were disappointed by the way we were treated as customers. Our concern is not only the defective product but also the lack of customer service and respect shown during our visit. Such behavior can discourage customers from returning to your store in the future. We would appreciate clarification on who is responsible when a product is found to be defective and what assistance can be provided in such situations. We hope this matter will be reviewed seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to improve customer service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  The girl with blonde hair, she misbehave with us, we was checking the Perfume, but she spoke to us very rudely, so I don’t think so. I’m gonna buy again from TK Max.
