Upon entering, the manager Miss. Alexandra greeted me with kindness, guided me thru the store and helped me pick the exact items that i needed, for a person suffering diseases, this is the kind of treatment I am looking for, cheers!

For the 3rd time I’ve been in Tkmaxx I’ve been served by Asadullah. I find him very respectful, supportive and helpful. Even in time of pressure and due to that I spend huge amounts over a thousand in 2 weeks due to his support. I am compelled to give a recommendation to this staff as it makes shopping an enjoyable thing to do in tkmaxx. If all staff can be that supportive and respectful like Asadullah hence I ask if such staff will be giving all the support to progress in their career in tkmaxx as they will be an asset. He is a true delight!

The collection is genuinely impressive, and there are some really good pieces here. However, overall presentation and maintenance need serious improvement. After every visit, the clothes should be properly folded, arranged, and restored to that fresh, well-presented feel. The biggest issue, though, is the pricing. Almost every single item feels seriously overpriced. The prices aren’t just slightly above average - they are excessive. And honestly, this isn’t even a luxury brand where such pricing might be somewhat understandable. There’s definitely scope to rethink the pricing strategy. With better maintenance, presentation, and much more reasonable pricing, the overall shopping experience could be significantly better.

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience at TK Maxx. I was carrying a number of clothes while shopping and was polite and respectful to the staff when asking to try them on. After I finished, a member of staff rudely told me that if I didn’t buy the clothes, I had to put every item back on the hangers myself. I politely asked why she was there if customers were expected to do this, and her response was that I was banned from the store. I was completely shocked by the attitude and the way I was spoken to. I was simply shopping and treating the staff with respect. There was absolutely no reason to speak to me in such a rude and disrespectful manner. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store.
