Özellikle çanta, ayakkabı ve giyim bölümlerini biraz daha detaylı incelerseniz, mutlaka bütçenize uygun ve hoşunuza gidecek bir şeyler bulabilirsiniz. Fiyat-performans açısından oldukça başarılı; biraz sabırla gezildiğinde güzel fırsatlar yakalamak mümkün. ***** A great place to find nice products at affordable prices. If you have enough time, I definitely recommend visiting their other branches as well. Take your time exploring the bags, shoes, and clothing sections, as you’re very likely to find something that catches your eye at a reasonable price. It offers some really good value for money, and with a little patience, you can find some great deals.

  As a customer visiting the flagship Oxford Street branch, I expect a standard of service that reflects the prominence of this location. Unfortunately, my recent visit highlighted a significant gap in fundamental customer care and staff training. ​The primary issue lies in a concerning lack of basic respect and courtesy from the floor staff. Rather than fostering a welcoming environment for shoppers, the current atmosphere is dismissive and unprofessional. Customers browsing the store should not be spoken to with a condescending tone, nor should they ever be made to feel as though their presence is an inconvenience. ​A retail space operating in such a diverse and high-traffic area must project warmth, respect, and professionalism at all times. I strongly advise the management team to make core customer service training an immediate priority. Realigning the staff’s focus toward respectful communication and basic hospitality is essential to fixing the store’s culture and ensuring paying customers are treated with the dignity they deserve.

  Zdecydowanie jeden z najlepszych TK Maxx w Londynie. Sklep jest ogromny, dobrze zaopatrzony i czysty. Znacznie łatwiej niż w innych lokalizacjach można tu trafić na marki z wyższej półki, takie jak Gucci, Max Mara, Moschino czy Jimmy Choo. Duży plus za świetny wybór torebek i butów premium. Warto zajrzeć, jeśli szukacie markowych rzeczy w dobrych cenach.

  I’ve had yet another awful experience at your Marble Arch store. Every time I come here, something goes wrong. Couple of months ago the associate scanned twice an item and I had to go back to fix it, the other time when I wanted to do a return I was actually charged again for the item and had to returned it twice and still I didn’t complaint about it because I tried to understand mistakes happens.This time, I wanted to return two gold label kids dresses with price and red tags. One of them I bought from your store and another from the Oxford store. You accepted only the one from your store and the other one I was told I must go to the original store because of a price difference. Logically it will be different price because the one for 18 months was cheaper than the one 3years old. What does your return policy say? 28 days any Tkmaxx store with receipt? If you have these strict rules, why are they never followed? Why are you treating the customers like that if it’s not our fault the tags are wrong or department or the price! I have lost both time and money for transport as I’m not living around, and I am very disappointed. You don’t care about your customers or to deliver any customer service!!!!
