When I returned to the store to request an exchange, the staff member was willing to help, but the manager repeatedly refused. The manager insisted that the damage had been caused by me and also claimed that the item could not be exchanged without the original tags. This is completely unacceptable. A shirt that tears after being worn only twice should reasonably be treated as a potential quality issue, not immediately blamed on the customer. The manager showed no willingness to properly consider the condition of the product or handle the complaint fairly.
