I went into Timberland yesterday to find some new shoes. I was greeted by two charismatic gents called Sami and Vivek (hope i spelt that write). Despite not really knowing what i was looking for, they were really patient and helpful in finding me the perfect pair. Really friendly atmosphere overall from all the staff, would go again!

I had the best experience at this Timberland store on Sunday, I met the assistant manager Metta (I might have spelled his name wrong) and his colleague. They gave me the best service I have ever gotten when going in too a store they took care of me when I told them about my situation and I will never forget it. I will definitely be going again love you guys 🙌🏾

Extremely rude female staff and male manager. I went to return something we bought online which they refused to return due to company policy. They did offer an exchange - so I was on a phone with my wife to discuss, and I ordered to see if we can order a bigger size. Post discussion with my wife we decided not to exchange so I politely asked where are my original shoes so I can take them home. The female staff said I don’t know you need to look after your things. Clearly she didn’t like me changing my mind and got annoyed. And the manager said I have an attitude because I was on the phone. The male manager is extremely loud.
