In addition this store does not carry stock properly depending on season, and the online ordering really isn’t very fast even if you are willing to pay for it to try and get items advertised on the website. The reason for this review is when I expressed this to the person on the phone at this store they said they “didn’t agree” and just failed to take on any feedback. Even when I said they are losing a sale and future sales. Such a poor attitude and strange way of looking at at custom / business. If a customer gives you feedback that stock levels are too optimised for the business and not the customer and you choose to disagree you are entitled to do so, but it is a very strange way to operate. Actions like this massively degrade the brand over time. Perhaps the team there are the customer and we are just there to serve them instead? I recommend choosing alternate brands.
