Appalling customer service. Had my wedding rings appointment booked in advance and received an automated email reminder / confirmation the day before. However, on the day of scheduled appointment, I received a WhatsApp from one of the SAs saying the store was going to be closed at the time of my appointment for a private event, and I had to shift to another day. It is impossible to reach the store via the number provided, and there is just 0 effort from the store employees to accommodate the original time or offer a solution. Feels like we are shopping at a costume jewelry store rather than a respected luxury brand.

UNPROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENT, IRRESPONSIBLE. Why am I paying for something in full to secure it and after 4 days is gone? HOW??!! Initially i went there i spoke with Hossam and he told me some things and that we can do everything (this, that etc...) and that i can contact him straight away and he'll help me. I contacted him twice. The first time barely replied after two days and the second time he never replied at all. After i booked an appointment (w Victoria) for an engagement ring on Thursday. I knew what i was looking for but we checked alternatives cause they didn't have that one. We checked in every store and we found the one I was looking for but different band. They told me we can change the band and keep the same diamond. They told me it will take approx 2 weeks cause it has to come to the store etc.... and I have to pay the full amount not juat a 50% deposit. I was like ok let's do it. After 4 days they contact me to tell me that when they requested on Friday (I paid on Thursday) for the ring from the other shop the ring was gone. One of the worst customer service I've ever had
