We were in the shop a few days ago and we were lucky to be helped by Diana, who made experience trully unforgettable. Not only is she professional but an amazing human being as well. She really made a difference. She stole our hearts 🥰We will never have enough words to express how grateful we are. It's so In general all the shop assistants were great too. Very good experience! And the queue is running at good pace too ;)
Lego Londres.

This is an awsome place to have fun with family . The kids will love this place. There are several lego sets representing various themes like harry potter, racing cars, flowers, pokimon doll houses ...etc. The kids can also customise their lego figures using the lego printing service on the top floor. There was a long queue to enter the store but it moves quickly. The staff are very friendly and helpful and very engaging with kids. This is a must visit place in London.

The LEGO Store in Leicester Square is a London landmark in its own right. Any LEGO store is a celebration, a flagship store in a major city is even better, and the world's largest LEGO Store in one of the world's greatest capitals is simply extraordinary.
Located directly opposite the famous M&M's World, the store spans two spacious floors and feels more like a miniature LEGO theme centre than a traditional shop. Even if you don't plan to buy anything, it's well worth visiting just to admire the incredible displays.
The undisputed star of the store greets you at the entrance: a life-size LEGO Aston Martin DB5 from James Bond: Goldfinger. Visitors can sit behind the wheel, sound the horn, watch the headlights illuminate, and even see the famous rotating number plates in action—including the iconic BMT 216A registration. It's a fantastic display and an absolute must-see for Bond fans.
Inside, the flagship's local attractions are equally impressive. A towering two-storey LEGO Big Ben dominates the space, while Harry Potter fans will love the magical displays featuring Gringotts Wizarding Bank, the Knight Bus, Hogwarts-inspired scenes, and plenty of themed photo opportunities. Being in the UK, the store also carries an excellent range of Harry Potter sets and merchandise.
One of the highlights of my visit was discovering a hidden gem on the first floor: complimentary LEGO Passports. You can pick one up for free and collect unique location-specific stamps from LEGO Stores around the world. Receiving the official London stamp made for a wonderful souvenir, especially for children or collectors. I only wish I'd known about it during my previous visits!
The store is thoughtfully organised into themed areas, including Star Wars, LEGO Friends, DUPLO for younger children, and hands-on building stations where visitors can create their own models. During my visit there was even a festive activity where children could build LEGO Christmas ornaments to hang on a decorated tree. Throughout the store you'll also find London-themed LEGO products featuring iconic red buses, telephone boxes and other recognisable British landmarks.
I visited shortly before closing time, which turned out to be an excellent choice. There was no queue to enter, and the store was pleasantly uncrowded, making it much easier to enjoy the displays and browse at leisure. I had hoped to find the UK-exclusive LEGO keychains I remembered from previous years, but unfortunately they appear to have been discontinued. However, there was a special World Cup pop-up experience where visitors could pose with a LEGO World Cup trophy, adding a fun seasonal touch to the visit.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic, creating an atmosphere that perfectly matches the playful spirit of the store.
Whether you're travelling with children, a lifelong LEGO enthusiast, or simply curious, this is one of London's most enjoyable free attractions. It's a place where almost anyone can feel like a child again—and it's remarkably difficult to leave without buying at least one LEGO set.
