- TTTeamspammJul 14, 20261.0I visited Sunglass hut in Tottenham court road this week and I had the worst experience with the manager Wiola. Their staff were so sweet and helpful but the manager She was so rude to her own colleagues and security staff. And while I was looking for a few pairs she was getting so irritated and was so rude to me as well. I was going to buy three pairs of luxury but didn’t end up buying in that store because of her attitude. I just think she was after the sale and not for a good customer service. I hope this review reaches to her so she can change her attitude towards customers and her own staff. Wouldn’t recommend visiting that store.

For several months, my Ray-Ban Meta sunglasses had become loose and kept falling off my face. I had been to several places trying to get them tightened, but no one was able to help. When I visited the Oxford Street store, Tamas explained that he didn't have the correct screwdriver at the time, but he promised he would arrange for me to come back once it was available. True to his word, he messaged me when everything was ready and pointed me in the right direction to have my sunglasses tightened. Thanks to Tamas, my sunglasses fit perfectly again. I really appreciated that he went above and beyond to keep his promise and make sure the issue was resolved. It's rare to receive such thoughtful and reliable customer service, and he is a real credit to the team.
