  horrible blonde woman served me and acted like I was asking for the biggest favour ever for my sunglasses to be adjusted. demanded I show the receipt and then declined me. when I was sold the sunglasses I was told I could go into any store whenever and get them adjusted for free! I see another review talking about the same person I was served by too. AVOID. M

  Manager here Wiola is so bad she doesn't even speak properly with customers. I had a return of my glasses which I bought online had to return them instead of helping me out she started accusing me that they have scratches on it, I understand I have to ask customer care about it why there are scratches etc but here we are disrespectful person accused me. Please don't buy from Sunglass hut instead go in company stores direct. They will send you scratched glasses and you have to deal with it then.

  I went to the store today regarding a defective pair of sunglasses and was shocked by how I was treated by a woman who identified herself as the store manager, a blonde middle-aged employee, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the interaction. She also had noticeably stinky breath, which made the conversation even more unpleasant. She acted as though I was asking for something for free rather than seeking assistance with a defective product. As someone who purchases at least two pairs of sunglasses a month, I expected a much higher level of customer service and professionalism. The store “manager” attitude was completely unacceptable. If she is truly the store manager, she lacks the customer service and people skills that someone in that position should have. I will be escalating this matter because this is not how customers should be treated. She acted like a complete amateur

  Avoid this store - Dishonent staff and fake return promises Complete scam. The sales assistant here was incredibly pushy. When I hesitated, she gave me a terrible attitude and flat-out lied, promising that if I didn't like the glasses, I could return them used to any Sunglass Hut in the UK. This is completely false. I live in Dorset and had to drive 1-2 hours to stores in Bristol and Southampton, and all of them refused the return. To make it worse, driving back to the original London store is a 4-5 hour trip. I have tried calling the Oxford Street store 5 times over the last three weeks to resolve this, and they never answer the phone. Absolutely shocking customer service. Save yourself the headache and buy directly from the official brand stores (like Ray-Ban, Oakley, or Meta) instead of dealing with Sunglass Hut. This place needs to shut down.
