  Had a really good experience here. One of the employees I can't remember her name, she is from East Asia she was such a darling and made the experience shopping positive for us . I was with two of my friends, all females so we are abit OTT when shopping . Thank you dear for your patience and understanding ❤️In loveeee with my sunnies 😎 got the Raybans and they are on sale quickly go and visit the store

  The service here was appalling. My order was shipped to the wrong store. When I raised it, the staff member (blonde middle aged lady) told me it was neither her concern nor the store’s no apology, no help, no interest in resolving anything. Rude throughout, with zero people skills or basic courtesy. I was then made to sign for the order before being allowed to open the box and inspect what I’d paid for. A misrouted order and a refusal to let a customer see their own product, both handled with absolute rudeness. I can’t recommend this store.

  Excellent customer service from Mr Muhsin and Ms Pankti. I needed to exchange sunglasses purchased at Heathrow Terminal within a month, but I had lost the receipt. They were extremely attentive and cooperative, helping me retrieve the receipt and complete the exchange smoothly. They truly made my day. Very grateful to both of them for going the extra mile!

  Absolutely tragic service. I have never experience anything like this in any shop whatsoever. Avoid at all cost. If you must go, go to the shop few minutes down the road next to John Lewis where the ppl are actually kind and willing to help
