  Had such a great experience at Sunglass Hut at Oxford Street / Bond Street Branxh. Laura and Ivy were absolutely brilliant — so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were really knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the right pair of sunglasses, giving great advice without being pushy. They clearly knew their stuff and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you both! 😊

  I had an issue with one of the Meta AI products and contacted customer services. They were exceptional—professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates keeping me informed every step of the way. I also popped into the store, Oxford street where Laura, the Assistant Manager, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I felt I was treated fairly from start to finish. Excellent customer service both online and in-store. Thank you!

  I visited the Westfield Stratford store today and wanted to share some positive feedback about a member of staff named Schammah. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive while assisting me in finding the exact item I was looking for. She also informed me that I could use my Blue Light Card for a discount, which I wasn’t aware of. I really appreciated her taking the time to let me know, as it saved me money. It’s rare to receive such genuinely excellent customer service, and Schammah made my shopping experience a very positive one. She is a real credit to your team, and I will definitely be returning to this store because of the outstanding service I received. Please pass on my thanks and recognition to her.
