All I wanted to do was exchange for a smaller size in store. They refused according to company policy. They advised I raise a return online as that's where I purchased from but online doesn't allow me to raise a return. Why are pathetic companies like sunglass hut so difficult to do something so simple. I provided proof of purchase but was given a ridiculous excuse of not being able to refund/exchange because of conflicting receipts crossing over from online and in-store. I've worked long enough in my life to know that managerial discretion could have accomdated me. Just really frustrated with a purchase that I only want to exchange. Appalling part is that I received the glasses today via UPS, got home, tried them on and went to my nearest sunglass hut in Westfield. If I ever get this this matter resolved, I will not be purchasing sunglasses or prescription glasses through them ever again. Regards a very disgruntled and frustrated customer
