After purchasing two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses at Istanbul Airport, I discovered upon arriving in London that one pair was defective and appeared to have been a display item rather than a brand-new product. Fortunately, the Ray-Ban store in London replaced the defective pair. I would especially like to thank the store manager for their exceptional professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. They handled the situation brilliantly and turned a very disappointing experience into a positive one. A huge thank you to the London team, especially the store manager, for going above and beyond!

After I’d been there for a while and tried on a few pairs, someone asked me, “Are you going to buy them all?”. I really wanted to buy but after they say this I just left. No service is ok but at least be nice

Huge thanks to Aminah at Sunglass Hut! After visiting several other stores with no luck, Aminah sorted out my sunglasses fit in just a few minutes. Thank you.
