  I’m not happy with customers service salesman name is sahil Mohan he. Behaviour is not good he is attitude problem When I buy. Sunglasses they different things when I replace it then say different things it’s very bad service this man

  I had quite a few issues with a refund, which was a frustrating experience at first. However, Sasha and Muqsith went above and beyond to resolve everything for me. They were patient, professional, and genuinely committed to finding a solution.   This was a truly terrible experience in every sense of the word. First of all, the glasses are displayed way too high up, making it impossible for shorter people to reach them without help. Secondly, the hygiene is non-existent: all the display sunglasses were completely filthy, greasy, and full of dust and smudges, meaning staff never clean them after customers try them on. To make it worse, the mirrors are covered in fingerprints and stains, and they are tinted dark, which is ridiculous because you can't see how the sunglasses actually look on you. Finally, the selection is very poor, especially if you are looking for classic dark or black sunglasses.On top of that, the quality of the materials is incredibly cheap and disappointing for the price. They feel loose and flimsy when you put them on. Honestly, I have bought sunglasses from Primark that feel way more robust, sturdy, and stable on my face. Ray-Ban materials feel like cheap plastic made in China and are absolutely not worth the high price tag. Unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
