Worst store ever. If you’re planning to buy sunglasses from this store, think twice. I ordered my sunglasses on 5th June, and today is 22nd June and I still haven’t received them. Delays can happen, but the customer service is absolutely pathetic. The staff answering the phone are unhelpful and don’t seem to understand basic customer service. When customers are spending £500 £600 on sunglasses, they deserve better communication and support. Very disappointing experience. Even the online customer service pathetic

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The staff were so useless and unhelpful, I came with a query with a product I’d ordered but whilst speaking to me they started greeting other customers leaving my questions unanswered, literally in the middle of speaking to me started serving other customers too. And told me they don’t know how to and that I would have to speak to customer service but when I asked for the number for customer service they said I have to find it myself, please avoid this branch, the staff at the Oxford street brunch are much nicer and more helpful

Firstly, I wouldn’t even rate this store one star, but since I’m forced to, here it is. On 04/05/26 at around 2pm, I visited the store to return an item I had purchased from the Oxford branch. The store was very busy, and while I was waiting in the queue, a kind hijabi staff member approached me to help speed up the process. She asked for my reason for returning the item and my receipt, and she was happy to proceed with the return. However, another staff member, Muqsith, then took over and asked which store I had purchased the item from. I explained it was near Bicester Village. He then told me I would need to go to the O2 branch because the item was supposedly from an outlet. This was confusing, as I did not purchase the item from an outlet and had paid FULL PRICE. I then went to the O2 branch, where I received excellent customer service (10/10 by the way). They explained that the Stratford store could have processed my return, as the receipt clearly showed it was not an outlet purchase and that I had paid full price. The manager in Stratford clearly couldn’t see. Their understanding of store policy in the O2 and customer care was far better. I chose not to return to the Stratford store the same day, as I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with that manager or seeing him again. I don’t understand why managers are allowed to give incorrect information and send customers elsewhere when the service could have been provided in-store. Muqsith should be properly trained on company policies before redirecting customers and wasting their time. Furthermore, he shouldn't even be in a position to be in a management position. It seemed like he cared more about his sales decreasing, due to the return than my concern as a customer. I returned the next day, and thankfully, the same lovely hijabi staff member assisted me and completed the refund smoothly. I was relieved not to be served by Muqsith again, as the previous experience had already been disappointing.
