- RRRahaJun 10, 20231.0I bought a Ray ban sunglasses from Heathrow airport branch. That was faulty. I went to high street kensington branch to ask them to get my problem sorted or exchange it for me. The young man was soo very poor in English, anything I told him he asked me something irrelevant. I asked for manager the girl came up and said my colleague is right we can't help you. She didn't give me chance to talk even . Most rubish customer service I've seen ever. Most useless people working there.
