  An extremely disappointing experience, and honestly one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever encountered in a luxury store. I came into the boutique with a specific bag in mind and was ready to make the purchase. Unfortunately, the experience with the sales associate completely changed my mind. She never introduced herself, never asked for my name, and took around 20 minutes to bring the bag I had asked to see. Throughout the interaction, I felt rushed rather than welcomed. No water was offered, and when I asked a simple question about the material of the bag, her response was incredibly condescending, as though my question was somehow foolish. What was particularly disappointing was that, after walking around the store myself, I noticed another bag in the exact same color and material, simply in a larger and more expensive version. The sales associate never mentioned it or offered to show it to me. For a luxury shopping experience, I would expect a much more attentive and knowledgeable approach. I have been shopping at YSL for years, and I have never experienced such an unpleasant interaction with a sales associate. I was genuinely prepared to spend a considerable amount of money in the store, but the way I was treated made me decide to leave without purchasing anything. Luxury is not only about the product or the price tag, it is also about the experience and how a customer is made to feel. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel neither valued nor welcome. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the store management, because this level of customer service is simply not what I would expect from YSL.

  When you enter the store, the staff constantly approach you and, every couple of steps, look at you in a pressuring manner and ask, “How can we help?” Work life is stressful enough; at least let us shop in peace.

  Didn’t have the most pleasant experience with the sales assistant Elvira. She was quite unprofessional putting my shopping on another persons account. After I asked her to change it for my account under my name (since I have a great shopping history at YSL) her response was: “Maybe next time we’ll put it on your account”. Quite disappointed.

  Very disappointing experience. I visited the YSL Green Park boutique after my online order arrived without the gift packaging. Instead of helping, I was sent to the YSL counter in Selfridges, only to be told they couldn't help either. Why send a customer somewhere without knowing whether they can actually resolve the issue? It wasted my time and was not the level of service I expected from a luxury brand
