  كل الحذر يا جماعه مريت عليهم 10/8/2026 و كنت ابى شوز معين بلون معين وقالوا لي بيقدرون يوفرونه خلال ساعه عطيتهم رقمي و بعد ساعه اتصلوا لي قالوا تعالي الشوز توفر ولما وصلت لقيت الموظفه مجهزه لي الشوز ف الكيس و تقولي تعالي ادفعي دايركت ف قلت لها لاء ابى اتاكد ان القياس و اللون اللي اباهم وحاولوا يماطلون بس اصريت اشوف الشوز لما فتحوا البوكس كان البوكس فاضي والشوز مب موجود تخيلوا ! وسوا نفسهم متفاجئين مع اني شاكه ان الحركه متعمده و المشكله اني ما طلبت المدير عشان اشرح له لان كنت مستعيله عشان الطياره المهم انتبهوا والله ع ما اقول شهيد.

  The blonde SA was not pleasant and had a pretentious air. She was not friendly to the Personal shopper who assisted me. She literally had to force herself to respond to the PS when greeted. I like YSL(T4) but, that young lady should receive customer service training. I don't know if I will shop there again. Not a welcoming environment to spend money.

  I was served by Greda at Terminal 4 and I must say she was very helpful in reserving a wallet for me to be picked up by my sister. All this was done by WhatsApp texts. I really appreciate her good service.
