  I’ve been to the Ray-Ban store a few times now, and every visit has been great. The staff are always super polite, helpful and patient, and they’re happy to let you try different glasses and advise you on which styles suit your face best. The products are excellent, and there always seem to be good discounts available. What really stood out to me was that they repaired my old glasses and even cleaned them free of charge. Great customer service and a really positive experience every time. Would definitely recommend!

  What’s a great and swiftly service by Amar, definitely will make it my store of choice, I have lost the screw of my sunglasses and he has swiftly find one with knowledge of which model it’s my sunglasses, cleaned need and also showed me new models which definitely I have on my list for winter glasses and I will come back to him. Much appreciated Amar.

  Came to the store before my holiday to Italy. Had no idea what I was doing before Shanice came and assisted me. Amazing service , quickly helped me find the best sunglasses suitable for my face and within my budget. Couldn’t recommend better service

  Was happy with the experience until the moment I bought the glasses - after-sales doesn’t seem to be part of their playbook. Glasses were only unwillingly adjusted and without any interest to do it properly. Until this exp I planned to get a second pair there but given the service, I’ll go elsewhere.

  Brought my sunglasses in for a repair, whilst the employee was searching in the back, another employee was helping another customer and just chucked my frames to the side with the lens downwards. Tried ringing this store multiple times and no one would pick up (even though I rang on different days at different times). Web chat will tell you that they can’t help and hope you understand. Horrendous attitude from the employees. He comes up and asked if he can help and I said I need something to be repaired and he said we don’t do this in the weekend and there are four customers in front of me, as if I’m not a customer who has paid for the new parts to be fitted.
