  No1 - The lady served me, knew her stuff, and I only purchased because of her knowledge and time she spent with me, making sure I got what I needed to make the decision. Including turning off the in store entertainment, so I could test the glasses. No2 - Why are Ray-Ban not gifting META Glasses to the staff, so they can experience and sell more! That is the most insane and poor strategy I've ever seen. You being tight with your staff will impact your sales. Dumb move! However, lucky the girl who served me knew her stuff, and I walked out with a pair. I will be back to get second pair!

  Really happy with the service. Ordered new lenses for my sunglasses and Amar did a great job changing them despite the shop being very busy. Thank you!

  Excellent service and the assistance was second to none. Great advice and a good deal on 3 pairs (Dad, Mom and daughter). The staff are great and even under pressure with the shop very busy we felt no pressure to hurry. The manager also made sure my wife left with some extras for glasses she had already brought that didn't sit quite right but now feel amazing!! Great shop. Also second time buying from here.

  Summer is coming, the sun is finally out, and it was definitely time for a new pair of sunglasses. I’m quite a picky customer when it comes to eyewear - especially with a face that’s a little crooked and a nose that’s been broken twice! Finding the right fit is never easy. That’s why I really appreciated Mattia’s approach, attention to detail, patience, and genuine professional hospitality throughout the whole experience. He took the time to help me find something that actually suited me rather than simply trying to make a sale. I ended up purchasing a pair of glasses along with a cleaning kit, and with the great offer on a second pair, I’ll definitely be back within a month to pick up a polarized set for driving. Mattia made the entire experience enjoyable and effortless. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Highly recommended.

  Mattia who helped me in store was the absolute most helpful person ever. Even though my phone was not working and the situation was testing to say the least - he remained patient. Subsequently helping me pair my new Rayban metas. Such a lovely store clean and everyone didn’t mind my dancing. 10/10 experience! I can’t wait to go back.
