  We had such an amazing experience at the Ray-Ban store in Covent Garden, and it’s all thanks to George. From the moment we walked through the door, he made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after us so well. George was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, helped us try different styles, and gave honest, thoughtful advice without ever making us feel pressured. It really felt like he cared about helping us find the perfect pair rather than just making a sale. What stood out most was how much attention he gave us throughout our visit. He made the whole experience enjoyable, relaxed, and personal, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s rare to come across someone who provides such genuine, outstanding customer service. George is an absolute credit to the Ray-Ban Covent Garden team. He turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a truly memorable experience.   I had such a great experience at the Ray-Ban Covent Garden store, all thanks to Ronaldo. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I was looking for a very specific style, and instead of rushing me into a decision, he went the extra mile and even came outside with me so I could see how the different glasses looked in natural daylight compared to the lighting inside the store. That made a huge difference and really helped me choose the right pair with confidence. It saved me from making the same mistake I made before, when my wife bought me a pair as a birthday gift online. We both didn’t quite like how they looked in person, and I ended up having to return them. Ronaldo’s patience, honest advice, and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience enjoyable. Excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Ronaldo!

  Sadiq was exceptional! Went in for the new Metas and walked out with 4 pairs of sunglasses! Sadiq was brilliant; from helping us all choose the right design to demonstrating the new meta glasses. My husband already had the first ones but wanted to see if the new ones were worth it. Sadiq was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with any questions we had. We had great experience. Thank you Sadiq!

  On Sat 25 July I popped by the store to repair a lost screw attaching one of the arms of my wayfarers. The assistant we spoke to curtly advised us that we should apply online for the missing screw or come midweek, despite the store being quiet and the job likely to take less than 5 mins. Great job, Ray Ban!
