Service is hit and miss. You might get some staff that will ignore you and some that are really nice and helpful.

Terrible experience. My delivery was scheduled for May 5, and as of June 20 I’m still waiting for a refund. Customer service keeps refusing to resolve the issue.

Ordered a pair last 31 May 2026. After 14 days, order did not arrive still. Came to the Covent Garden store to enquire where the order is. They advised 18 June 2026 collection. Came to the store on the 20 June 2026 to check. I queued at the till to be served. Ronaldo (Filipino customer service) just skipped me and served another customer who came after me. Abysmal customer service from this store. I approached Chanice (customer service) next for assistance but she was not much help and reverted back to Ronaldo. Ronaldo then said that I was “desperate” for my order and then he said that I was “negativity”. I repeated what he said to me and he said “yes”. He also mentioned that there was no need for it but i advised him that he skipped me on the queue and then he said that there’s a child there and implied that the mother and child should be served first. I told him that I was there before them and he said that I should have told the mother and child that “I came here first”. Ronaldo then said he skipped me because I looked comfortable on the counter and looked like I was already served. Chanice then said that I was negative and basically egged on. Customer service banded together and confronted the customer. I asked for the manager and then Ronaldo told me to wait for him to come back from his break and also remarked that I should come to the store when he and the Chanice are not there which was on Thursday. Lovely customer service. Sadiq came and was of help. He easily found the glasses and fit the lenses while I waited on the counter. He assisted me seamlessly and that is an example of what customer service should be. Escalated the situation to the assistant manager George. Told George what happened and I do think that it ends there with George. Bottom line is Rayban Covent Garden branch is bad. Update: Now Ronaldo is harassing me on my Instagram. Whats the next step Rayban?

Full price items that are cheaper online with miserable staff and slow service. Premium price with shocking service. In the bin.

I am writing to share mixed feedback regarding my recent visit, which I would rate a 5/10 overall. On a positive note, your optometrist was exceptional. She was caring, thorough, and provided a flawless experience. Please pass along my sincere thanks to her. However, the front-of-house customer service was severely lacking. I arrived 15 minutes early and sat in the retail area, but no one acknowledged me or offered assistance with frames. I noticed a male advisor with tattoos (who speaks Spanish) and a female advisor with bleached blonde hair both actively ignoring waiting customers and avoiding service opportunities. I hope this feedback helps improve your team's floor engagement.
