  The after sales service and repair process are extremely disappointing. The staff seem to have very little knowledge about repairs or warranty procedures and were unable to provide any meaningful assistance. My RayBan Meta glasses developed a small fault within just two months of purchase, while still under warranty. Instead of offering a proper repair or a clear warranty solution, I was told to pay around 70% of the original purchase price for a replacement pair. I ended up paying for the replacement, but my original glasses were never repaired, so I am now left with both the faulty pair and the replacement. There was no meaningful follow up regarding a repair, and the overall support experience was poor. It felt like the focus was only on selling a new product rather than helping a customer with a genuine warranty issue. For a premium brand, I expected much better after sales service, technical support, and customer care.

  Shop is small. When crowded there’s not enough mirrors. Stuff doesn’t handle well more customers in the shop. They care only about selling instead of providing professional advice. They were not able to explain difference between polarised glass and UV filter.
