  I had a great experience at the Brent Cross Ray-Ban branch thanks to Josh. I was very indecisive and tried on so many different pairs, but he was incredibly patient throughout and took the time to give personalised advice on each one. He never rushed me and really helped me find the right pair.

  Great products but the staff were very unprofessional, pretending they couldn't see me, then wanted to get the conversation done asap when one of the workers approached me eventually. I was asking if I can order a custom pair and pick it up in store, her reply was "sorry I'm lost today" very unfortunate but i still recommend their products!

  We had such an incredible experience at Ray-Ban Brent Cross thanks to Vanessa Thakrar. What started as a simple visit for sunglasses turned into so much more — I didn’t even realise they offered eye tests! Vanessa truly went above and beyond for me and my whole family. She made sure I found the perfect everyday glasses that actually work with my strong prescription, and she also helped me get my very first pair of prescription sunglasses — something I’ve always struggled with. She took so much care in making sure the frames were right for my lenses, so everything sat perfectly and comfortably. Her attention to detail was amazing. She made the whole experience feel like I was in a high-end boutique optician — friendly, caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in finding the best outcome for me. Having a high prescription can be challenging, but Vanessa completely understood that and somehow made me feel confident and “cool” again. She handled everything so smoothly and efficiently that I honestly thought she was the manager! Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she went further than any optician ever has for me. We left feeling like she was part of the family. Outstanding service, outstanding everyday glasses, and outstanding prescription sunglasses — my first ever! Thank you, Vanessa — you are a true asset to Ray-Ban. I will definitely be back, and so will my family. Thanks
