Poor service, and they simply won't answer their phone

The after-sales service and repair process are extremely disappointing. The staff seem to have very little knowledge about repairs or warranty procedures and were unable to provide any meaningful assistance. For some reason they don’t respond to the phone calls. You have to visit the store in person to feel heard even after spending roughly £450. My Ray-Ban Meta glasses developed a small fault within just two months of purchase, while still under warranty. Instead of offering a proper repair or a clear warranty solution, I was told to pay around 70% of the original purchase price for a replacement pair. I ended up paying for the replacement, but my original glasses were never repaired, so I am now left with both the faulty pair and the replacement. There was no meaningful follow-up regarding a repair, and the overall support experience was poor. It felt like the focus was only on selling a new product rather than helping a customer with a genuine warranty issue. For a premium brand, I expected much better after-sales service, technical support, and customer care.

Very poor experience. Under staffed and manager looked annoyed at anyone asking for help. A man who seemed handicapped walked in to get help with his glasses that looked to have fallen apart, manager and staff just refused to help because they were overwhelmed with the people inside already. At this point I just walked out.

I am very disappointed with both the quality of my Ray-Ban Meta glasses and the customer service I received. I bought these glasses around 20 days ago. After a short time, I noticed that the frame started melting/warping on one side. I returned to the store, and they agreed to replace them with a new pair. Unfortunately, the replacement glasses developed the exact same problem. When I went back to the store, the staff told me the frame was not melting but “cracking.” I asked to speak with the manager, but I was told the manager was on sick leave and that someone would call me when they returned. I have still not received a proper resolution. What is even more disappointing is that a team member told me they would normally not replace the glasses again because they had already replaced them once. I don’t understand how this is the customer’s responsibility when the same manufacturing defect has happened twice within such a short period. I expected much better quality from Ray-Ban and much better customer service. Replacing a faulty product once does not solve the issue if the replacement has the same defect. I hope Ray-Ban takes responsibility and provides a proper solution instead of making customers feel like they are at fault. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend these glasses or the after-sales service.

I purchased a Ray‑Ban Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 from the Ray‑Ban store in Brent Cross yesterday. As soon as I opened the package at home, I noticed visible wear and tear on the bridge of the frame. something you would never expect from a brand new premium product. I returned to the store within 24 hours, but the manager initially refused to accept the item for a refund, insisting that “something is not right” and claiming they “don’t sell products like this.” Instead of acknowledging the issue, the manager made the process unnecessarily difficult. Eventually the return was processed, but did not accept accessory I bought for refund ( cleaning tool and screw driver) but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I had a rather unsatisfactory experience with this shop, and I would rate it with no star. My advice: stay away from this shop. If you buy anything from Ray‑Ban Brent Cross, unbox and inspect it inside the store before leaving. It may save you a lot of hassle.
