I am lost for words (it has taken me a few days to recover enough to articulate). My phone had lost all power, I was lost out at sea (Soho). Thankfully the extremely kind Ami Kulair saved me from isolation, and allowed me to charge my phone in-store, and browse the wonderful collection of clothing R&B has to offer. I also got to speak with Rebecca, Gabi and Alicia who were extremely kind and helpful. All four ladies treated me with respect, courtesy and genuine warmth. In the world of customer service, they were all exceptional.100/10. So many could learn from these ladies and this store. Thank you so so much for being so kind, when it was so easy to be otherwise. I wish you all abundant success and happiness.
