  A big thank you to Alina and Affan for their outstanding customer service! They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Their positive attitude and genuine willingness to assist made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Excellent service like this truly deserves recognition. Highly recommended!   Excellent customer service I recently had to renew my (prescription) sunglasses and visited the Covent Garden shop. I was assisted by Subir and cannot speak highly enough of the service levels received. Multiple options were presented. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and feel that I had been offered the best options available for my precise requirements. As a follow up. I just picked up the glasses. Here I was helped by another member of staff, Janet. A very smooth / seamless handover and she was able to deal with another couple of non-standard requests I had on collection. I wholeheartedly recommend this Oakley location to everyone based on excellent customer service and the ability of the team / management to deal with orders in an highly efficient manner.

  Initially went to the store selected proscribed sunglasses and paid, good luck following up on the order, number doesn’t work no answer, online chat can only follow up on online orders, what a shame for a company as @Oakley sunglasses never again because of the customer experience even though I love their sunglasses, at least @Rayban answers call

  Zack was extremely helpful and welcoming for my first experience getting eye jackets. He was very honest about what suited me and I really appreciated it as I was torn between two styles. It's been 4 days since my purchase and I'm in love with the style. The glasses themselves are very effective as I have blue eyes I'm quite light sensitive and they work very well in protecting my eyes from any angle. I would recommend anyone interested in buying eye jackets to go in store as it is much easier to make a confident choice regarding style and whether or not they will fit your particular face shape rather than guessing what would be best.
