The optician carried out a thorough eye test, reviewed my medical history, and made the whole process quick, efficient and professional. I returned to the store on Monday evening to purchase my glasses and frames, and once again Subir was fantastic. He took the time to help me choose the right frames, making the entire experience smooth, relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone in the store was welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. The level of customer service was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be recommending Oakley Covent Garden to family and friends.
