  I hope it gets back to how it used to be. I visited on Friday and the current collections seem pretty soulless. I actually thought it was closed at first as the only person I could see was the security guard, who didn't help with the door. The sales team members ignored me which was a shame too. I probably spent less than 10 minutes in there as I felt ignored and the atmosphere was poor.

  Visited the men’s Alexander McQueen concession to buy a pair of the classic trainers to be greeted by two young boys one whom which absolutely reeked of body odour! I tried on a pair in which he said he was going get a pair from the stockroom. 20 minutes later he still had not returned so I walked out and left and went to a competitor store purchasing them elsewhere.
