The team took the time to offer thoughtful advice with great kindness and expertise, making my experience particularly enjoyable. I highly recommend this boutique!

With limited sizes in store, the salesperson first insisted the item was the right size when it clearly wasn’t, then pushed us to pay upfront for an order promised within 4–5 days. It never arrived during our holiday, three follow-up calls went unanswered, and we had to return to the store to request a refund. After 14 days of chasing, we were told repayment would take another 5–7 days. Pushy sales, poor communication and a frustratingly slow refund process.
