  Went to Edmonton Matalan today for my daughters swim suit. Wasn't sure about the size and asked the pleasant lady working there by name Alma. She was very polite and helpful. She helped us buying the right swimsuit. Very pleased with the shopping experience and highly recommend.

  The Matalan Edmonton Green store manager is completely useless and running a terrible store. Save your money and your bus fare by avoiding this store. One of the worst stores I've ever known. The customer service here is incompetent and a complete waste of time. On my previous visit, I tried to do a return without a receipt but with a bank statement and was explicitly told to come back with receipt. I spent money on a bus journey just to return with the receipt, only to be flatly told "no" because the 28 day window had passed a couple of days ago and I requested for an exchange, which was refused too. Why tell a customer to return with a receipt if you are just going to refuse them anyway? When I asked to speak to the manager about this mixed messaging, her attitude was even more worse. She was rude, dismissive, and showed zero customer care. Her behaviour was like i don't care.
