  I asked for an exchange of my suitcase. I have a photo of the receipt and I also have the debit card I used to make the purchase, which can verify the transaction. The problem is that, over time, the ink on the paper receipt fades, and the printed details gradually disappear. This is something that happens with thermal paper receipts and is completely beyond the customer’s control. I have proof of purchase and would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration and assist me with the exchange.

  Very rude and unprofessional. The manager at the Matalan Edmonton Green store spoke to me in a disrespectful and extremely rude manner. I left feeling upset and disappointed by the way I was treated. Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite.

  The quality of the clothes are fine,no problem however the shoes they sell are terribly uncomfortable. I’ve lost count of how many pairs I’ve bought from there — none of them ever fit properly: they’re either too tight, or just wrong somehow. They feel fine when I try them on, but I always end up returning them or never wearing them at all.Never buy shoes from there.There isn't fitting rooms, this is the main issue with the store. And lastly, no staff enough to help with basic things such as bring down items from the top shelves.

  Went to Edmonton Matalan today for my daughters swim suit. Wasn't sure about the size and asked the pleasant lady working there by name Alma. She was very polite and helpful. She helped us buying the right swimsuit. Very pleased with the shopping experience and highly recommend.
