- DDDhruvAug 1, 20261.0It's the worst Matalan. From previous 4 visits the fitting room is closed. During the first visit they said they "you cannot try the discounted items in fitting rooms". Strange but fair enough, their clothes their policies. But for the last three times, they have closed the fitting rooms for only God is aware what's the reason, finding it hard to understand what's the purpose of keeping a fitting room when no one can use them. Not to mention the rudeness of staff when asked politely about the availability of the fitting rooms.

The shop is clean, well-organized, and nicely laid out. It is also very well air-conditioned, which makes shopping much more comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The clothes are good quality and reasonably priced. We bought three dresses that were on sale and paid only £25 in total, which was an excellent deal. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this store!
