  For my birthday , I received a marc jacob's bag , i took it into the marc Jacob's london store because the day before my birthday my fair baby Had gone over the rainbow bridge 😢 I had seen online they can personalise your bag , they was so friendly and kind and without any hesitation they was happy to help, and now I have my fur baby's name on my bag and everywhere I go i have a little reminder of her , a little thing to most people but to me it meant the world !!! A massive thank you to all the staff for everything!!! customer service outstanding 👏 🩷

  Erin provided fantastic customer service and was incredibly helpful. She guided us in choosing a t-shirt and we’re already thinking about returning for a bag. The store is tidy, well-organised and easy to browse.

  Sunday 1March, 12:01, all other shops have already opened, at Marc Jacobs one guy sat there playing with his phone. He saw us, gave us a sign “give me a minute” thought he would then open the door, but he kept typing, so we continued walking to shop in other stores with better employees.
