  super accueil, vendeuse trop sympathique rayon heaven au top (petit réconfort depuis que la vrai boutique ait malheureusement fermé… cela est très dommage ! il faudrait penser à la réouvrir 🫣)

  volevo fare i complimenti a Randy del negozio di Regent street a Londra per la disponibilità e la gentilezza. Mi ha risolto il problema di far avere a mia figlia il suo regalo di compleanno nonostante abitiamo in due città diverse, aiutandomi passo passo con l'acquisto on line. grazie Randy

  For my birthday , I received a marc jacob's bag , i took it into the marc Jacob's london store because the day before my birthday my fair baby Had gone over the rainbow bridge 😢 I had seen online they can personalise your bag , they was so friendly and kind and without any hesitation they was happy to help, and now I have my fur baby's name on my bag and everywhere I go i have a little reminder of her , a little thing to most people but to me it meant the world !!! A massive thank you to all the staff for everything!!! customer service outstanding 👏 🩷
