  I just wanted to recognise Berfin for her strong customer service as she went above and beyond on a watch warranty issue. I purchased a new watch at a different MW branch and the employee forgot to activate the manufactures warranty on the date of purchase. This was discovered several years later and in order for the manufacturer to service my watch, I needed MW to take action and activate the warranty. I was initially redirected to the Head Office who did not seem interested in helping and blamed me for their own employees oversight. Berfin was instrumental in chasing and escalating until the issue was resolved with the warranty finally activated properly.

  My now wife and I went into Mappin and Webbs Cheapside store in London and were greeted by a lovely lady called Hajer, who arranged a drink for us whilst we chose our wedding rings. Although our wedding was only 4 weeks away Hadjer and the team arranged for our rings to be made to order, to the right size and delivered in time at our home in Scotland. Without a doubt made choosing our rings a super special experience. Many many thanks from the now Mr and Mrs Da Vinci
