  Went into this location today on the off chance they might have the brown polka dot set I’ve been eyeing on Instagram and had spotted in store previously. Your colleague stationed by the leggings was **incredibly helpful** — they immediately pinpointed where the set was and also pointed out that the matching Align top was in the sale. When I asked if there were any additional sizes of the discounted top in the back, as my usual size wasn’t on the rail, I was expecting a “no”… But instead, they went to check and **came through with my size!** 🙌🏼 Perfect! I genuinely can’t fault the customer service. It’s experiences like this that prove exactly why I’m such a loyal customer. Thank you for going the extra mile! 🤎

  Such a lovely shopping experience! The item I wanted was sold out, but Tristan and Riley (sorry if I’ve spelled your names wrong!) were so kind and patient. They took the time to help me find an even better alternative and made sure I got the right size. Thank you both so much—you genuinely made my day. Easily one of the best in-store shopping experiences I’ve ever had!

  What fantastic service. I’ve never been into store before because I have been a bit shy but was greeted by staff who were so welcoming! Nadia helped me out with suggesting certain styles and fits. I’m super indecisive but she didn’t rush me at all and made sure I was comfortable in everything I wanted to get. I forgot one of the things I wanted so went back in the following day and she remembered the styles of the different pants I had tried on. Thank you!! Xx

  First time buying from here and I’m incredibly grateful for Nadia in Canary Wharf. She took the time to go through the ranges from colours to sizing to me find the best leggings I’ve had so far. Not a lot of people do this. 10/10 customer service. Nadia is an expert indeed thank you 🙏🏿

  20 years of shopping at Lululemon—and this was the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. By far. This location is completely out of sync with the brand. Basic product knowledge? Lacking. Understanding of policies? Even worse. What should have been a simple return/exchange turned into a frustrating, time-wasting ordeal. I escalated the issue to corporate, who confirmed in writing that the policy information I had been given in-store was incorrect. That alone is unacceptable. It got worse when I asked to speak to the store manager. I was repeatedly told that I already was. Based on my later interactions, that did not appear to be the case—which only added to the confusion and lack of accountability. At that point, it’s not just poor service—it’s a trust issue. I ultimately had to bypass the store entirely and go through corporate to resolve something that should have taken minutes. If you’re just buying clothes, fine. If you need actual help—returns, exchanges, anything policy-related—avoid this store or insist on speaking to the actual store manager. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be back.
