The staff asked me to "show" a virtual card for exchange, and then tricked me into getting the return amount into a gift card. Normally the experience is really good, but on this instance it was appalling.

- SNSan Nguyen3 days ago1.0Really disappointing customer service. I’m not sure why the staff member working today had such a miserable, rude attitude. I felt like I was begging to buy clothes rather than being a paying customer. This happened on 12 October 2026 at around 2 pm. The staff member was a young girl wearing a light blue Lululemon top. Her attitude was so off-putting that it completely ruined my shopping experience. I was actually planning to come back and buy another item I liked, but after seeing her in the store, I changed my mind completely. It’s a shame that someone’s attitude can put a customer off spending their money in a store. Being polite and welcoming to customers is basic customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this kind of experience certainly doesn’t encourage customers to return.
