- MKMilan KJul 6, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Lululemon store. Deandara, who told me she was the store manager, was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our interaction. When I explained the issue I was having, she kissed her teeth and came across as dismissive rather than willing to help. I mentioned that I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer for years and even showed my previous orders, which total over £5,000, simply to demonstrate my long-standing support for the brand. Unfortunately, this made no difference. There was no effort to accommodate my concerns or provide good customer service.
