  Really disappointed with both the quality of Lululemon’s products and their customer service. Their customer service can take up to 12 days to respond, and we were even told that if you chase your enquiry by sending another email, your message can effectively go back to the bottom of the queue - which is incredibly frustrating when you’re already waiting for an answer. We contacted them because my husband had only worn some of their shirts a couple of times before they became stained. They were washed exactly according to the care instructions on the label, so I was genuinely shocked to see this happen to such expensive products. Lululemon’s response was that this was simply “wear and tear”, which is definitely not the case. Clothes at this price point should not deteriorate like that, particularly when the care instructions have been followed correctly. Very disappointing experience. For a brand charging premium prices, I expected significantly better quality and much better after-sales service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I won’t be purchasing from them again.
