- PMPenelope MengJul 4, 20262.0Purchased from here multiple times and always greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. However, I had quite an unpleasant experience while waiting in queue at the changing room upstairs. We were the first in the queue but was ignored by a male member of staff, who for some reason let another customer (just showed up at the changing room) in first. When we asked if there was a space available, he replied very blandly that yes there was a space and after checking, told us in the same indifferent voice that there wasn’t any. Of course there wasn’t any, because he just gave it away to someone else and ignored us who had been waiting patiently for five minutes. The waiting time was not an issue, but the fact that he was not at all apologetic. He then started asking us, quite abruptly and rudely, to stand further back. We had no idea why we needed to do so, and how further back we should go to. The entire interaction felt very hostile, as he repeated ‘further back’ several times. It was not until another member of staff (who was very kind) explained to us that it was to avoid blocking the exit, that the whole situation was clarified. I’m still mortified by this experience, as I have shopped here for more than 10 times, and never had any unpleasantness. The other staff we encountered in the store were perfectly friendly and helpful though.
