  Bought baby pink and rumble crumble sets for my fiance today. Dark haired lady who served us got a million sizes and was chatty, lovely (and gave us dinner recommendations) and then gave us a special discount card. Made our day, thank you!

  Extremely nice and helpful staff! Sizes were a bit limited in some items but overall a good selection and the store is good in size!!

  Tam is genuinely one of the most exceptional people I’ve ever encountered in retail. Her level of customer service is outstanding, but what impressed me most was how incredibly knowledgeable she is. She understands clothing, fabrics, garment construction, fit, and how different materials behave on a level I honestly have never experienced from anyone working in retail before. She took the time to explain everything so clearly and thoughtfully, and you can immediately tell that she truly knows what she’s talking about. She was patient, kind, professional, warm, and completely focused on finding the best solution for me. I left feeling genuinely taken care of rather than simply helped. Tam is the kind of employee who completely changes how you feel about a brand. Her combination of expertise, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and genuine kindness is incredibly rare. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is an absolute asset to the store and deserves every bit of recognition possible. If there is anyone who should be training others, leading a team, or moving into a higher position, it is Tam. Truly five-star service in every possible way.

  This was my first time going into lululemon as I was exchanging a gift. This was an amazing experience! All the staff were so welcoming, from the second I walked in the door they were helpful but not overwhelming like some shops can be, the fitting room staff were lovely too and the fitting rooms were managed extremely well. The person at the till was also great, he helped me return my product and I was able to use my blue light discount on the shorts I bought. The whole experience was lovely and has convinced me to buy more from them! 10/10

  I visited lululemon Covent Garden to try on some running shoes and tops, and had the most fantastic experience with Ams, Deborah and Darcy. They were all so kind, patient and knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find the right sizes and offer honest recommendations without making me feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to their advice, I ended up purchasing a few pieces that I absolutely love. Their warmth and attentiveness made the whole experience so enjoyable, I honestly can’t recommend them enough! 😊
