- ZYZara YangJul 6, 20261.0I went into the John Lewis store intending to buy one or two Longchamp bags, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. I asked to see a few different sizes, but the sales associates seemed disinterested and aloof. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for assistance. While I was comparing the bags on the display table, one associate started folding them up right in front of me, even though I was clearly still looking. At that point, I decided to leave without making a purchase. The experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I couldn’t help but wonder why I was being treated differently. I then visited the Regent Street store, where the service was warm, helpful, and professional. Thanks to that positive experience, I purchased the bags there instead.
