  Excellent customer service from Alex at Loewe in Selfridges. My visit started with some confusion regarding the availability of a couple of hats, which was frustrating. However, Alex stepped in, listened carefully, acknowledged my concerns, and handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. What stood out most was that he made me feel heard and valued as a customer. His calm, understanding approach completely turned the experience around. Thank you, Alex, for your outstanding service.   Jackie was amazing, as soon as my friend and I saw her she greeted us so warmly she was so so sweet and genuine she was asking us about our day and helped us try on a bunch of outfits I enjoyed meeting her. Such a kind person

  had the pleasure of being assisted by Thierry at the LOEWE store, and he truly exceeded all expectations. On Friday, I dropped by in a rush looking for a belt and a scarf to pair with my coat. Thierry was incredibly patient, helping me choose the perfect style and size, adjusting the belt for me, and explaining membership registration and after-sales services in detail. On Saturday, I went back to check out cardholders. Although Thierry was busy when I arrived, I wandered around and returned to find that he had already prepared cardholder selection and was waiting for me to come back. It was such a thoughtful and delightful shopping experience. Thierry’s impeccable taste, patience, and attention to detail made me appreciate not only his service but also the LOEWE brand even more. Highly recommend!
