- CCCaitlinSep 1, 20261.0Worst experience I’ve ever had with a store. I purchased a bag that was faulty, a crack appeared in the leather the first time I used it, and as the bag is a checkerboard design, the black dye had transferred onto the white leather. First, I was only offered an exchange which I didn’t want as the quality was terrible, and eventually was told I could refund after I found out I am within my rights to. I don’t live in London so would have to post the item, they also wanted me to pay the returns costs at first. I was told the refund would take 3-5 days. It took 2 weeks of them receiving the bag for me to receive my refund. The whole process took over a month to sort out due to me not being kept up to date with anything, and having to constantly ask for updates. First and last time purchasing from Karl Lagerfeld, the goods are cheap quality made in China.
