  A fabulous store overall! The location is great, the store layout is fantastic and the entire team is exceptionally professional. That being said, I really wish the online customer experience was as great as the in-store one.

  I placed an on liner order for a jacket on 25 August 2026, with payment taken the following day. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. After placing the order, I received no dispatch confirmation or tracking details. I contacted customer services on 6 September to request an update and waited four days before receiving a response advising that they would investigate. The tracking information eventually provided showed that DPD had only received notification of the shipment and had not actually received the parcel. By that stage, more than two weeks had passed since the order was placed and the item had still not been handed to the courier. Despite several further requests for updates, I received no meaningful explanation as to why the jacket had not been dispatched or when it would be delivered. Having lost confidence in the order ever arriving, I requested a refund on 15 September and submitted a formal complaint. On 18 September, I was informed that a refund had been processed, although no explanation was provided regarding what had gone wrong. It was only on 21 September that I finally received an apology, which cited a "logistics issue". Unfortunately, even this response appeared to be a generic template, as it still contained placeholder text asking the sender to "[select the correct option]". What is most frustrating is that K-Way never offered a practical solution. There was no attempt to send a replacement item, expedite delivery, or otherwise resolve the problem. Instead, after almost a month of waiting, the outcome was simply a refund request initiated by me. As a result, I did not receive the jacket I wanted in time for my trip to the USA and was left without the product I had specifically ordered. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication, absence of ownership of the issue, and failure to provide a customer-focused resolution made this a particularly poor experience. I have had disappointing online shopping experiences before, but this is one of the worst. Based on the handling of this order, I would not purchase from K-Way again and would struggle to recommend them to others. Overall rating: 0/5. The issue was not the delay itself, but the lack of communication, transparency, and effort to resolve the problem. I must also point out that this was not an 'In store' issue but an on line experience. That said, this is the same company.

  Had an amazing shopping experience at this store on Saturday 5th September. I was in a rush as my coach journey home was leaving in less than an hour, but Lina couldn’t have been more helpful. She literally just grabbed every jacket I liked in multiple sizes and took them to the changing room for me. Trying everything on, she was on hand to give me her opinion and any advice if needed. In the end, I was torn between 2 jackets, but because of the excellent service, I opted to buy both. Massive thank you to Lina and all the staff, I will 100% be back again when I’m next in London - this time I will make sure I don’t have to rush off anywhere, so I can spend more time shopping!!

  i had such a great experience at the k-way store on king’s road in london. a very special thank you to lina and elizabeth, who were both absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. they really took their time with me, introduced me to the world of k-way and gave me great advice while choosing my jules light nylon jacket. i never felt rushed or pressured – just genuinely well looked after and in very good hands. i felt completely comfortable in the store, and their knowledge, friendliness and enthusiasm made the whole experience really special. this is exactly how shopping should feel: personal, relaxed and inspiring. thank you, lina and elizabeth, for making my visit such a great experience. i’m very happy with my jules light nylon jacket and will definitely remember this store and the wonderful service.
