  I had such a lovely experience at Intimissimi thanks to Klejsi! She was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was excellent and she is a real credit to the store. Thank you, Klejsi! 😊

  Staff are not trained well, rude and do not treat customers fairly. One of the sales assistants (has bright red hair) rudely told me off for trying to go upstairs to collect an order, as I was carrying some tops I had tried on. When I got upstairs, I then saw a handful of customers with clothing from the downstairs store. From other reviews, it is clear this store has an issue with staff and their attitude, yet no effort from management to make the shopping experience better, very odd

  I had the best experience here yesterday! After having kids my body has changed and I have been disliking how I look and feel, particularly in the chest. Victoria helped me the whole time and was so amazing! She listened to every detail and helped me find 2 styles that I feel great in (and are also quite comfortable). I walked away with 4 new bras and couldn't be happier. The quality of the bras is wonderful - you absolutely get what you pay for and it is worth it. Thanks again, Victoria - you helped this mama immensely!!
