  The new "manager" is completely blind to anything without a touchscreen. Ignores customers while scrolling social media, refusing to help and saying "come back another day another manager may be bothered to help you". On what basis does intimissi make it's hiring decisions? First come first served or picking names out of a hat?

  The lady who served me was so rude. Tried to go in for a return/exchange and she was really dismissive and condescending, on her phone the whole time I was speaking, and said I should try coming back tomorrow when another manager is in and "might be bothered enough to play around in the system".

  Today I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had in this store. For such a big brand, the staff’s attitude was completely unprofessional. Out of the 4 sales assistants present, none of them seemed interested in helping or doing their job with even minimal effort. For every item I asked about, the answer was that they did not have my size, without even trying to check the stockroom. Their behavior made me feel as if I was asking them for a personal favor, not trying to shop and spend money in the store. As a loyal customer, I expected respect, professionalism, and willingness to help — not indifference and a complete lack of interest. Unfortunately, today’s experience left me very disappointed. I hope the management will take the necessary measures and address this situation appropriately, because this level of customer service is unacceptable for a brand of this standard.
