  Today I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had in this store. For such a big brand, the staff’s attitude was completely unprofessional. Out of the 4 sales assistants present, none of them seemed interested in helping or doing their job with even minimal effort. For every item I asked about, the answer was that they did not have my size, without even trying to check the stockroom. Their behavior made me feel as if I was asking them for a personal favor, not trying to shop and spend money in the store. As a loyal customer, I expected respect, professionalism, and willingness to help — not indifference and a complete lack of interest. Unfortunately, today’s experience left me very disappointed. I hope the management will take the necessary measures and address this situation appropriately, because this level of customer service is unacceptable for a brand of this standard.

  Unfortunately you have to be dressed very well so they can help you if you are not no one even going to talk to you + they giving you looks Awfully service .not recommended

  I saw negative reviews but my experience was really nice. I visited on Sunday and both women were really polite and helpful although the shop was clearly super busy. They processed my refund and also helped me with models I wanted to try on. Thank you!

  Had a lovely welcoming experience with Valentina who has just started working there and yet did her best to help me find the lingerie I was looking for, super sweet lady and I hope everything goes well for her, she’s like a ray of sunshine! Thank you again Valentina 💞✨

  Reposting my review because it got deleted LOL! This review is from December 2024. The experience was so bad I would never forget it! I have not been in there since so not sure if that silly worker still works there - HOPEFULLY NOT! if the management is actually smart and cares about customer service she should have been fired by now. I will retype my review because I have it saved on my phone haha deleting it won't change the facts. The staff at this store is rude and unprofessional it is unbelievable. The moment I walked into the store, they treated me like a criminal who was going to steal. I bought £150 worth of products but regretted immediately. Did not want to give my money to a business that treats their customers like this. I had taken 3 items to the fitting room to try and decided on 1 so through the curtain I gave 2 of the items I no longer wanted to the worker to put back on rails. She asked me about the third item and I said I will be buying. Once I leave the fitting room, I am walking to the till with item in hand. The employee takes the item out of my hands practically snatches it WITHOUT ASKING and proceeds to hang it on the rails. I ask her what she is doing as I will be buying?? She gives the item back. The security man was also staring a lot standing by the doors, he then proceeded to stand near the fitting room when I was in there to "prevent" my cousin who was with me to take stuff in there for me to "steal"... I was not born last night I know exactly what he intended by moving from the doors to the fitting room area - LOL! I was born at night but not last night - silly silly people. The other employees were also giving weird looks. Have not been back since 2024 and won't be coming back. I will be taking my business to the Victoria Secret next door because they ACTUALLY know how to treat customers and have more options! Bunch of female dogs.
