  Salma went above and beyond to make my experience amazing at Intimissimi! Despite being busy, she would help me straight away whenever I had a question, including finding an item for me in the drawers that was out of stock online and in every other branch I checked! She also went to the stock room at least 3 times to find some bamboo shirts for me (really recommend Intimissimi bamboo shirts and bodysuits by the way!) that were also sold out online. Salma was so kind and ready to help with a beautiful smile, exactly the kind of person you want to assist you in a busy store. There was a promotion on sale items to buy 5 and get 70% off- without Salma's help I would have left with zero items, instead I managed to leave with 5 that I'd been wanting for a while. The lovely lady in a hijab whose name I didn't catch, was also very sweet and both of them made the atmosphere so fun and welcoming. From my experience this branch and King's Road are the best in terms of customer service (ie being helpful but not pushy) and finding specific items. Would highly recommend!

  I had a lovely shopping experience. Tio was incredibly helpful and so patient while I was trying on different clothes.

  I was served by Mariam yesterday and I can't commend her enough for her kindness. She made sure I walked out of that door absolutely satisfied with my purchase. She's such a kind and genuine salesperson. The store is genuinely lucky to have her. Thank you Mariam for the nicest customer service I have ever had. Jubada.
